The best tasting corn is the freshest corn.  To that end we only sell corn picked the same day.  We start each day in the field when temperatures are the coolest and harvest it by hand.  When at our stands, we shade it to keep it cool.  Our time tested varieties give us a good blend of sweetness and tenderness that can't be beat.  We sell in quantities of half dozens, dozens and (when supplies permit) freezer specials in quantity.  All of our corn is bicolor.
